I am offering some of my digital art pieces through print-on-demand from Printful. I am also selling ACEO cards (Art Cards, Editions, and Originals). I will add more soon!
Printful Return Policy:
Since T-shirts are made print-on-demand, I cannot accept returns or size exchanges. If you receive a T-shirt order that is damaged or there’s a misprint, please contact me at support@issa-made-it.com no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so I can submit a claim to Printful. Policy on Originals and Prints of Artwork:
All sales are final. Originals and prints of artwork are non-refundable and non-returnable. Artwork is shipped via standard mail with a postage stamp and does not include tracking, as pieces are small and lightweight. I may follow up via email to ensure you have received your order. If your order arrives damaged, please email me with photos, so I can work on a replacement.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the day the order was mailed out, please contact me at support@issa-made-it.com and I will work with you on a replacement.
